Madam Evonne presented to our centre with bilateral knee pain while walking and with a limp due to unbearable pain. She had extreme difficulty walking up the staircase due to her pain. On top of that, she found it difficult to manage her weight. The pain did not make it easier for her to consider exercising.
When she came to SOL, the first thing we tackled was her weight, as that was placing a huge pressure on her knees as well. The X-ray of her knees showed that the joint space was severely reduced. Then, with the direct help of stem cell injection to her knees, which started to act within the first month, Madam Evonne noticed her limp was reducing, and she was able to stand straight. In the second month, her pain was reduced tremendously, and she noticed she could climb up the staircase twice as fast.
